Meet the Founder

Building Systems That Support the People Who Support Others

Integrated Support Strategies was born from a simple but urgent realization: The systems meant to help people shouldn't break the people running them. For over a decade, I have worked within school districts, community organizations, and higher education. I have seen firsthand the brilliance of dedicated staff—and the devastating toll of burnout when those staff are trapped in inefficient, outdated, or disconnected systems. I founded this company to change that.

Why I Do This

I believe that efficiency is an act of empathy. When we build streamlined processes and inclusive operations, we aren't just "fixing a workflow"—we are creating the capacity for teams to breathe, to innovate, and to reconnect with the passion that brought them to this work in the first place. My mission is to help your organization move from a state of "treading water" to a culture of sustainable impact, where the focus remains exactly where it belongs: on the students and the staff.

A Foundation of Experience

My approach combines high-level strategic planning with the grounded perspective of a practitioner.

Systemic Leadership:

From managing teams of 40+ staff to overseeing organization-wide ADA compliance, I specialize in scaling operations without losing the human element.

Proven Capacity Building:

As a District School Social Worker, I achieved a 10x increase in the identification of student and family support needs, delivering measurable results where they matter most.

Educational Excellence:

Having been an Instructor at UW-Madison and a Field Placement Supervisor, I am constantly bridging the gap between evidence-based theory and real-world application.

My Philosophy

I don’t believe in "one-size-fits-all" consulting. Whether I am facilitating workshops or coaching school administrators, my goal is to provide action-oriented, data-informed strategies that reignite your team’s energy.
