Ownership of Intellectual Property & Permitted Use: All complimentary tools, templates, roadmaps, and resources (collectively referred to as "Resources") downloaded from or accessed via Integrated Support Strategies LLC (ISS) are the intellectual property of ISS. These Resources are intended strictly for educational, informational, and strategic planning purposes within the purchasing or downloading institution. Users are granted a limited license to modify and adapt scripts and templates for internal district operations; however, redistribution, commercial resale, or public white-labeling of these Resources without express written consent from ISS is strictly prohibited. ​ 

 

1. No Professional or Legal Counsel: The Resources do not constitute binding regulatory policy, formal human resources advice, or legal counsel. While resources are designed to support alignment with state statutes (including, but not limited to, Wisconsin Act 42), local school boards and district administrations maintain sole institutional responsibility for ensuring that any final policy execution complies with federal, state, and local collective bargaining agreements, administrative codes, and statutes. ​

Limitation of Liability: Integrated Support Strategies LLC, its members, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any negative organizational outcomes, employee grievances, community disputes, administrative disruptions, or student disciplinary challenges that may arise from the interpretation, misinterpretation, or field execution of the provided Resources (templates, scripts, or frameworks).
